Sherrynoll Island

First time offered on the market - purchased from the crown in the early 1900's, Sherrynoll has remained within the same family for close to a century.

The Island

Sherrynoll is part of the Archipelago known as the Martyr Group, this group being west of Parry Island and north of the Boyd Group. Located at the tail of the Martyr Group, Sherrynoll is well protected from west and northwest storm fronts while affording spectacular open water views to the south and southwest. Access is by a crib dock on the sheltered east side of the island.

Main Cottage

Constructed in the early 1930's with subsequent additions, the vintage Georgian Bay Style cottage is located in the center of the island. Overall size of approx. 2400 sq. ft., the dining room, living room and veranda are generously proportioned. Four bedrooms, recently constructed washroom.
