The 90+ acre peninsula situated north-west of Bone Island offers a unique mixture of undulating elevations, an abundance of forest, and various granite outcroppings. Flanked by 2 deep-water bays, the peninsula is private and untouched except for the cottage, a sleeping cabin and a dry boathouse located on the south east side of the property. Set back from the channel, you can relax on the deck, explore nature along the various walking trails or SUP along the shoreline.

The quaint cottage, reflective of its origins, is situated at a high elevation with commanding views. Work with an architect or custom builder to further enhance the 1964 U-shaped design or simply start new. You can wake up with a sunrise, watch the sun go down or simply take in the long vista of open water.

The cottage can be expanded to 3500 sq. ft. and zoning bylaws allow for two 600 sq. ft. sleeping cabins and two 484 sq. ft. accessory buildings. One dock facilitates access to the cottage and the other dock and dry boathouse around the point is a short distance to the current sleeping cabin.

A 5-minute boat ride to the Cognashene day camp located on Arthur Island makes it easy for the younger family members to meet new friends. It’s a 20-minute boat ride from Honey Harbour Marinas and 10- minute ride to the open waters of Georgian where you can spend the day at Giants Tomb, Beckwith or boating north to Sans Souci and Parry Sound.
